Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly based on your selection
  • You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period
  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Unused credits or quotas do not roll over to the next billing period
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

Acceptable Use Policy

You Must NOT:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
Use automated tools to abuse the Service
Share your account with others
Impersonate others or provide false information
Interfere with the Service's operation
Use the Service for spam or malicious purposes

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create using Renderly. We do not claim ownership of your generated thumbnails.

  • ✓Use generated thumbnails for personal or commercial purposes
  • ✓You confirm rights to any uploaded images
  • ✓We use aggregated, anonymized data for improvement

Our Platform

The Renderly platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Renderly and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • •Renderly is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • •We are not responsible for third-party services or content
