For first-time paid subscribers, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Once a subscription period has started, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion if you choose to cancel.
