Setting up your account is simple: • Complete your profile with name and photo • Set your preferences for templates and styles • Configure your default export settings • Connect payment method (for paid plans) All settings can be updated anytime from your dashboard.

Create your first thumbnail: 1. Click "Create New" from dashboard 2. Choose AI generation or select a template 3. Customize colors, text, and images 4. Preview and download Tip: Start with a template for faster results!

We accept payments via Razorpay: • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) • Net Banking • Wallets All transactions are secure and encrypted. Prices in INR (₹).

Each plan has monthly limits: • Thumbnails: Resets 1st of each month • AI Credits: Resets 1st of each month • Unused credits DO NOT roll over • Upgrade anytime for more credits Monitor usage from your dashboard.

Manage your account: • Update name and email • Change profile photo • Set notification preferences • Update billing information • Download account data Access from Settings → Profile.

Keep your account secure: • Strong password required • Two-factor authentication (2FA) • Session management • Login history • Connected devices Enable 2FA for enhanced security.

Cancel anytime: 1. Go to Settings → Billing 2. Click "Cancel Subscription" 3. Confirm cancellation 4. Retain access until period ends 5. No refund for remaining days You can resubscribe anytime.
